First experiment with Sukiyaki

I've been trying to make at least one Japanese dish a week for the last few months(we need to get in touch with both sides of our culture people). It means I've had to branch out beyond gyoza.


Lately, I've been in desperate need of Sukiyaki. I crave it every time I'm pregnant, and it didn't look likely that we'll get to go out and have it any time soon. So as soon as Ed and I came across this video



I knew we had to give it a try.

I wrote out the recipe, in case you want it.

I loved it, but had to pour my egg in the udon early because BK kept trying to hijack it and play with it.
