Oh and for the record, this one is allergic to eggs too. I've cut the eggs out since after breakfast on Saturday and the redness in the various baby fat creases has all but disappeared, his residual baby acne is clearning up fast, and the cut above his ear is healing nicely as well. At least I have some good recipes under my belt now.
Including a grand eggless dinner tonight of Spice Black Bean Burgers a la cjane, with homemade English muffins for buns and I even tried my hand at oven baked french fries. I really liked it.
